Overview
The CVR16 is a 16 channel HDCVI (high definition composite video interface) DVR capable of 720p HD recording over coax cable at 25fps. It features two internal SATA ports for up to 8TB of HDD storage and has HDMI, VGA and BNC video outputs. This DVR also has comprehensive remote view capabilities (iOS, Android & Windows Phone) and backup functionality (USB/network).
Victory Series DVRs are the ideal HD video over coax solution, utilising the HDCVI video transmission standard to deliver video, audio and control data across a single coaxial cable. Thanks to this technology, the CVR16 offers reliable, long distance 720p HD video transmission up to 500m (using 75-3 coax) with low latency and interference.
Victory Series systems can also be implemented into an existing analogue system without having to re-run coaxial cable, making traditional analogue to megapixel HD over coax CCTV upgrades easier than ever before. The CVR16 delivers more than double the image resolution compared to traditional D1 (720 x 576) analogue systems and up to 9x vs CIF systems (352 x 288). Go beyond analogue, capture fine detail and ensure you have usable evidence when it matters most.
This DVR only supports Securview Victory Series cameras and is incompatible with traditional analogue cameras.
